Landscaping was very well maintained.  Front doors an windows were clean…off to a great start.  Room was clean, nicely setup.  It was freezing in there…AC was on 68*.  That was overkill.  Set to comfortable temp for us. Bed was comfy and clean. No funky smells in room.  Desk clerk signing in was very nice and helpful.   Leaving next morning clerk wad also very sweet and friendly.  Breakfast wasn’t ready at 6 a.m. so can’t say much about food.

Not clean as it show online photos. Carpet very dirty, bed sheets and towels can tell are very old.  Front desk service was norm!  Not worth my 165$.

Let my mother have access to our room info , which is not legal. This caused us serious harm as to what happened that day and after. They had my young son go with them from the hotel without my permission . I made the staff aware of their error so hopefully they understand how serious that is to give out information to other people who may call or show up .

Amazing experience so far! Breakfast and staff have been phenomenal so far. We decided to stay over and plan to visit indoor pool. Be sure to check in before 5 or call hotel. Actually if you kplan to arrive after 5 pm call hotel or they charge card on file and if you plan to pay a different way at hotel like option chosen (which are paying higher rate for..) they have a policy to cancel those reservations that decline and sell rooms even though you have valid confirmation with pay at hotel option selected . I was not notified and put me as a Single mother in very compromised situation to have to find another hotel in cold with full car upon arriving at 10 pm to check in with a confirmed reservation.
